Installation, hot & cold vulcanizing for rubber conveyor belt
Every conveyor system need use conveyor belt to run. CKR provide professional onsite installation service to install belt conveyor. Pull in and pull out the belt conveyor in the frame and make hot/cold vulcanizing as per requested.
Example: Rubber conveyor belt,Pvc belt, side wall conveyor belt, bucket conveyor belt
Site inspection & trouble shooting for conveyor systems
Our staff are competent, skilled and focused on providing exemplary customer service. For conveyor system, our team have provide maintenance service to check the condition of conveyor system and repair if have any problem.
Example: mis alignment, check belt condition, roller and gearmotor, patching, and etc
Fabrication & casting Rubber products, cast iron, copper bushing & etc
We provide service for fabricate and casting product from material rubber, PU, steel, cast iron, copper and etc
Example : vacuum transfer, crusher part, gear, impeller, bushing and etc
